We understand that plans can change—life happens, kids get sick, and things come up. We aim to be fair and flexible, while also protecting the time and resources it takes to run a small clinic.

• Consultations are £25 and redeemable against your first treatment.

• You don’t have to pay in advance, but the option is available when booking.

• Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% charge of the treatment price.

• No-shows = full 100% charge.​
   

Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

 

We kindly ask that you come alone to appointments (no children, where possible) to ensure safety and a calm environment.  If this is tricky, let us know—we’ll try to accommodate.
